"What’s most important to me is that there be contact with light which acts as a guide,

directing the viewer’s gaze towards the object, as insignificant as the object may be."

Olivier Dassault

During the first lockdown in March 2020, the weather was exceptional in Paris, deep blue skies and warm sunshine, day after day. Huge frustration for the photographer in search of the unique shot. Then, one morning, I realized that my apartment offered interesting interior landscapes, thanks to its spatial volumes and above all the stark, sweeping light pouring in through the roof windows and shifting hour by hour. Objects and furniture, and even my cats, became the unexpected subjects of these indoor stagings.
